Dinner Jump
Version 8 October 2026

Participation terms

These terms apply to new participation. Registration reserves a place; payment and enough confirmed duos make the event definitive.

Who can join

Participate as a duo of two people aged 18 or over. You do not have to be a couple. The organizer sets registration access, the area, date and schedule.

Registration and confirmation

Registration reserves a place. The payment round opens when enough duos have registered. At least nine duos in total are required. After payment and once enough participating duos are confirmed, the event is definitive. The organizer manages reservations.

Participation contribution

The lead participant pays €10 once for the duo within the stated deadline. This is the total participation amount; DinnerJump adds no payment surcharge. You pay for ingredients, drinks and travel yourself. An unpaid reservation expires at the deadline.

Larger events

After the first nine duos, additional places are confirmed in groups of three duos. An incomplete additional group may remain on the waiting list. Paid places that cannot be confirmed when the payment round closes are refunded.

Cooking and hosting

You prepare one course for six people, including yourselves, and host guests at your registered address. You need a suitable table and hosting space; a borrowed space is allowed. Prepare as much as possible beforehand. You are responsible for preparing and safely serving your food and drinks.

Dietary requirements, allergies and accessibility

DinnerJump does not provide adapted menus. Discuss with the organizer before registration whether participation suits your dietary requirements, allergies or accessibility needs. DinnerJump does not guarantee an allergen-free menu or an accessible host location.

Assignments and routes

DinnerJump creates assignments automatically. Participants do not choose their course or tablemates; an organizer can choose a course for their own duo. Follow the schedule and choose your own transport between locations. Addresses and tablemates appear according to the reveal schedule.

Withdrawing after payment

Voluntary withdrawal after payment does not entitle you to a contribution refund, except where the law requires it. Coordinate withdrawals and replacement duos with the organizer. After final assignments, changes are arranged together; a last-minute withdrawal does not automatically cancel the entire event.

Event cancellation

If DinnerJump or the organizer cancels the entire event, or the minimum is not reached when the payment round closes, the full paid participation contribution is refunded. No refund fee is deducted. Your own ingredients, drinks and travel costs are not part of the participation contribution.

Respectful contact and data

Keep conversations respectful. Threats, harassment, hate, sexual content and spam are prohibited. You can report messages or block someone. Use host addresses and participant information for the event and do not share them further without permission.

Help, complaints and rights

Contact the organizer through the app for event questions. For DinnerJump issues, payments, unwanted content or your data, email support@dinnerjump.com. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
