Dutch pilot terms
By reserving on behalf of a duo, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
Reservations, payments and refunds
A reservation is free. Nothing is charged when making the reservation. Once enough participants have signed up, registered duos receive a message with a payment link. The lead participant pays €10 once for the duo within the stated period. A reservation expires automatically if payment is not completed on time. The event is confirmed once at least nine duos are taking part and the required participant fees have been paid. If the minimum is not reached, or Dinner Jump or the organizer cancels the event, the full participation fee is refunded. No €0.50 or other refund fee is retained. If a participant cancels after payment, no refund is due unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
Other terms
Participation is at your own risk. DinnerJump does not accommodate special menus for dietary requirements or allergies. Please bear this in mind before signing up. Address details are used only to organize and calculate routes for the event and are not shared outside the event unless necessary or legally required. Keep the conversation respectful. Threats, harassment, hate, sexual content and spam are not allowed. You can report a message or block the conversation. These terms do not limit rights that always apply under mandatory Dutch consumer law.
